Maximor began tattooing in 1992 in his native country, Argentina. At an early age he excelled in the art of drawing, gaining admiration and respect. Later on, his passion for drawing and military led him to the world of tattooing. At that time, he used to purchase the magazine Soldier of Fortune, where French mercenaries appeared with tattoos on their arms. Inspired by these images, his first tattoo was made at age 15, and at 17 he began to tattoo impulsively.
Maximor worked as a tattoo artist in Buenos Aires for a few years, before enrolling in the French Foreign Legion at age 24, where he was trained as an elite soldier. During his spare time, he used to tattoo his comrades and he also participated in various missions around the world. Eventually he left the special forces and headed for Northern Ireland. Maximor has worked many places in several countries, such as Argentina, France, Spain , Italy, Northern Ireland and now in Norway. Additionally, he has participated in several International Tattoo Conventions. Max especially like Japanese style of tattooing as well as black and white and realism.
